Welcome to our kitchen! I will attempt to give you an inside look into Pastry Arts School. You will see different topics and different perspectives. Some of the topics will be explored regularly as a part of a series. Other topics may be anecdotal depending on what happens in the kitchen the previous week. As our topics develop, we hope you get involved, ask questions, and share with us. We hope to show you the great amount of creativity and diversity that makes Pastry School so much fun!
